Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
Effective date: 14 July 2026
1. Before dispatch
You may request cancellation of your flower order before it leaves our packing desk. Use the Track & Support page or email petals@appilytwenty.com with your order number.
2. After dispatch
Once stems are handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery, but return shipping costs may apply under our Freshness Resolution Policy.
3. Refund timing
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within five to seven business days. COD orders cancelled before dispatch incur no charge.
4. Partial cancellations
Multi-item orders cannot be partially cancelled once packing begins. Contact support if you need to modify an order urgently.
