This Bloom Purchase Charter governs your use of Zeba Creation and every purchase of fresh flowers including rose gardens, peony rows, lily stems, tulip meadows, orchid conservatories, wildflower bundles and exotic blooms through our online flower storefront. By browsing, registering, or completing checkout, you accept the clauses below.

SHAH BILAL ZAHEER operates this website under the trade name Zeba Creation. Our registered office is at Basement Tehmina palace vamia sheri, Begampura H.No.-4/2752, Surat, Surat, Gujarat, 395003.

3. Catalogue standards

We list fresh flowers including rose gardens, peony rows, lily stems, tulip meadows, orchid conservatories, wildflower bundles and exotic blooms. Photography represents typical bloom appearance; natural variation in petal colour, stem length, bud openness, and fragrance may occur between seasons and growing regions.

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the stem count or bunch size stated on each product card.
• Seasonal flowers may show limited availability during off-peak harvest windows.
• Stem counts and bunch weights are subject to normal florist market tolerances.

4. Account requirements

Checkout requires an email-verified account. Purchasers must be eighteen years or older, or have a parent or guardian complete the transaction on their behalf.

5. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed once prepaid payment is received or Cash on Delivery is accepted on screen.
• Accepted payment methods are UPI (online payment) and Cash on Delivery where serviceable. No other payment method is offered.
• Any courier surcharge for COD orders is displayed before you confirm checkout.

6. Perishability notice

Fresh flowers are perishable goods. Bloom freshness at delivery depends on harvest timing, transit duration, and ambient temperature. We pack with stem-hydrated sleeves but cannot guarantee identical petal firmness on arrival for every variety.

7. Governing law

This charter is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located near our Pune registration address.
